How do I make a purchase or place an order?

To purchase a product on our website, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size, quantity and color desired and click 'add to cart'. You can also go back and continue shopping or click 'buy now' or alternatively you can click 'quick shop' on a product. To complete your order online; correctly and accurately enter your personal details for a smooth delivery. After completing your order you'll receive an order confirmation email. We will then process your order.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We deliver within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you do not accept delivery for your order within 24 hours, we will cancel your order; you will receive a notification of any cancelation or delay of your order. HouseRac does not guarantee the delivery time frame quoted as we are not responsible for any delays due to customers not being able to accept the delivery of their package.

 

How do I apply discounts during checkout?

When finalising your order; on the checkout page you may enter any valid discount code, your newly discounted total will be automatically calculated.

 

Can I change/cancel my order?

You can edit your shopping bag at any stage during your online shopping by simply removing the item from 'Shopping Cart'. Once your order has been finalised and placed however, it is not possible for you to change or cancel your order prior to dispatch. 

 

What do i do if the item i am looking for is no longer available for purchase online?


Unfortunately due to popular demand some items do sell out quickly online - if you see something online that you have to have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, be sure to email us at info@houserac.com. We can put you on a 'notify me' list so that we are able to keep up with the demands of our active customers! 

Once we get a shipment of new stock and it becomes available for purchase, you will be sent an email informing you of the available new stock.

 

How do I contact HouseRac?

We're always around to help you with any enquires, so if you need more information on a product or have any problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact us at info@houserac.com. Alternatively, you may also use our contact form.

 

What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately. This depends on if your first order was sent out for delivery before your second order was placed. If you order multiple items at once, all will arrive together.

 

Can I return my item?

We certainly hope you love your HouseRac item as much as we do. If you received the wrong package, a defective or damaged item please get in touch. Please refer to our Return Policy if you require any further information. 

 

What if my item is damaged upon delivery?

Delivering certain items such as ceramics can be slightly tricky during transport and while we package all our deliveries with the utmost care, there is a small risk. We will gladly accept the damaged item and offer a replacement. If your order arrives in such condition, please contact us immediately. HouseRac will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing issue. Any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, we will not accept. Please send us a message to info@houserac.com accompanied by photos of the damage for our records as well a proof of purchase with 24 hours of the delivery. HouseRac is not responsible for any damage after delivery. It is the responsibility of the receiving customer to inspect all items before allowing the delivery driver to leave.

 

Will I have to pay customs on my items?

This varies from country to country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise. 

Is your website safe to use?

Yes, of course! We use SSL (secure socket layer) security to ensure that all of your data is encrypted and kept safe at all times.
