How do I make a purchase or place an order?
All orders must be placed through our website. To purchase a product on our website, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size, quantity and color desired and click 'add to cart'. You can also go back and continue shopping or click 'buy now' or alternatively you can click 'quick shop' on a product. To complete your order online; correctly enter your personal details for a smooth delivery. After completing your order you'll receive an order confirmation email. We will then process your order for delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We deliver within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you do not accept delivery for your order within 24 hours, we will cancel your order; you will receive a notification of any cancelation or delay of your order. House Rac does not guarantee the delivery time frame quoted as we are not responsible for any delays due to customers not being able to accept the delivery of their package.
How do I apply discounts during checkout?
When finalising your order; on the checkout page you may enter any valid discount code, your newly discounted total will be automatically calculated.
Can I change/cancel my order?
You can edit your shopping cart at any stage during your online shopping by simply removing the item from 'Shopping Cart'.
What do i do if the item i am looking for is no longer available for purchase online?
Unfortunately due to popular demand some items do sell out quickly - if you see something online that you have to have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, be sure to enter your email us at (notify me when this product is available). You will be added on a 'notify me' list so that we are able to keep up with the demands of our active customers!
Once we get a shipment of new stock and it becomes available for purchase, you will be sent an email informing you of the available new stock.
How do I contact HouseRac?
We're always around to help you with any enquires, so if you need more information on a product or have any problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact us at info@houserac.com. Alternatively, you may also use our contact form.
What happens if I order more than one item?
Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately. This depends on if your first order was sent out for delivery before your second order was placed. If you order multiple items at once, all will arrive together.
Can I return my item?
We certainly hope you love your House Rac item as much as we do. If you received the wrong package, please get in touch. Also, please refer to our Refund Policy (at the footer of our website) if you require any further information.
Do you do Furniture Pre-Orders or Personalized Orders?
Yes! Feel free to contact us at info@houserac.com for more information on personalized orders or furniture pre-orders.
What payment method do you accept?
You have 2 options of payments:
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Please Note: All payments should be made in Cayman Island Dollars (KYD). All prices on our site are in our local KYD (Cayman Island Dollars) and are to be paid in full upon receipt of your order.
We accept all major debit/credit card type payments upon delivery.
Do you offer delivery or pickup?
We offer free delivery islandwide on any purchase in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
Sorry, unfortunately we do not offer pickup.
YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No, House Rac is an online only store and do not have a physical store.
Is your website safe to use?
Yes, of course! We use SSL (secure socket layer) security to ensure that all of your data is encrypted and kept safe at all times.
