SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best and fastest shipping options, no matter where you live. Everyday, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: This refers to; order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch with 24 hours after the order is placed. Once your order is verified you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after, if you think you haven't received this email please check your spam folder.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. The manufacturer and carrier service process the orders, which takes an additional 7-15 days to US and EU. We utilise multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages globally. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories. 

  

RETURN POLICY 

Please allow between 7-15 days for your order to arrive within United States and EU and 15-20 days to rest of world. If more than 20 days have passed for order shipped in United States and 45 days have been passed for order shipped to rest of world, please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns:
 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items. 

Refunds (if applicable):
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping:
 To return your product, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item of high value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
